I grew up in Puerto Rico, surrounded by people who needed help and a family that taught me to show up for them.

I studied Human Services and spent years working in health and education, which gave me something no degree can fully teach: the ability to truly understand people, where they are, what they need, and what they are afraid to ask for. My husband and I also built a family farming business together, which taught me a completely different kind of work ethic.

When the pandemic hit, everything shifted. I started working alongside my husband in real estate, supporting the business from the inside. I had not planned to get my license. But the more I learned, the more I realized this was where I was supposed to be. So I did the work, passed the exam, and became a licensed Broker.

Today I serve as Broker and COO of MAR Properties, L.L.C., right here in Hickory, North Carolina. What I bring to every transaction is not just knowledge of contracts and timelines. It is a background in human services. A deep respect for people in the middle of big decisions. And a commitment to making sure you feel informed, confident, and never alone in the process.

I am a Christian. I write. I garden. I love history, art, and technology. I have been creating content and writing for over 15 years, which shapes how I communicate and how I pay attention to the details that matter. Hickory drew me in with its lake views and mountain backdrop, and this community has kept me here.
